How Can We Aid as TfNSW Project Verifiers?

We act as the Project Verifiers (PV). Some WADs require an Independent Project Verifier be allocated.  Whilst engaged by the developer, the PV represents the interests of TfNSW. The PV verifies that the design and construction are completed to standard and are in accordance with the project documents. This includes undertaking the following activities:

• Review Verification and Monitoring Plan
• Review Quality Plan (including Inspection and Testing Plan)
• Review Detailed Construction Program showing critical path
• Review Construction Environmental Management Plan, including an Erosion & Sediment Control Plan and any safeguards or requirements identified in any environmental approvals
• Review Traffic Management (including Traffic Guidance Schemes)
• Review Site Safety Management Plan
• Review Community Management Plan
• Submit Monthly Reports to TfNSW
• Undertaking Site Surveillance during Construction
• Review Hold and Witness Points
• Review Material Test Certificates
• Review and Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction
• Undertake Audits
